I LOVE the hot chocolate ! At first I was not sure if I made the right decision to buy this product and had a bit of buyer’s remorse but once it arrived and I tasted the hot chocolate - you had me! So delicious, highly recommend!

I discovered the Velvetiser on a YouTube video. Soon after I got the thing, the US closed all stores and the UK was no longer shipping here. Meanwhile I found some boxes at TJ Maxx and stocked up. I was thrilled when the company began shipping here again and there are stores here as well! Love my hot chocolates! Never tasted better!!!

All of the flavors that I have tried are so delicious. One concern with the hazelnut one is that I find not all the chocolate melts, this does not happen with any of my other flavors. I hope you will be offering the mince pie again this winter 🥰

I lived in Europe for several years and this is the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. I’m over 50 and this is a great way for me to get extra calcium too.
Love Salt Chocolate
This is probably my favorite flavor I’ve had so far. It’s so good! If I could drink this all the time and never worry about running out, I would. Alas I have to limit myself and keep it to just a special treat. It’s such a delicious buttery smooth flavor. I call it heavenly.
This is my wife’s second favorite flavor (chilli being her favorite).

The best of the best, you will not make a better hot chocolate unless it is from scratch. We now live off of these and mix in coffee to make fantastic drinks of all kinds! I just wish Americans got as many flavors as the British!

This one is delicious! I was expecting a bit more “salty” flavor, but it’s just right. Just the right amount of chocolate and caramel flavor. So far, this is my go-to.
I love this combo in a candy bar, but not in coffee so I wasn’t sure what I would think. Great job balancing the caramel, salt, and chocolate. Creamy deliciousness!

Salted caramel is my favorite then the white chocolate with vanilla. I'm new to hotel chocolat but so glad I found them. I will never be able to drink cocoa a different way now. I'm in the United States so we are very limited here with products and hopefully you stick around for a long time so I can continue receiving my cocoas

Don't order anything to be shipped in the summertime. You'll just end up with a nicely packeted solid chocolate bar that won't work in the Velvetizer.
