Handling & Despatch

Chocolate is a temperature sensitive product, so we take careful steps to ensure it reaches you in tip top shape. One of these steps is making sure that it isn't sat in a hot truck over the weekend. To achieve this:

- Standard shipping orders placed before noon local time Monday - Wednesday (excluding holidays) will be despatched same working day. Orders received after noon Monday - Tuesday will be despatched next working day.

- Expedited shipping orders placed before noon local time Monday - Thursday (excluding holidays) will be despatched same working day. Orders received after noon Monday - Wednesday will be despatched next working day.

Orders placed after Noon Wednesday (Standard) or Noon local time Thursday (Expedited) will be despatched on the next working Monday.
