I requested a return and they declined. I have 10 boxes of the stuff and can’t drink through it. Requested a return the day after it arrived still have the unopened package. Terrible customer service this has not happened just once.

The iced mint chocolate drink mix CAN NOT be used on older model of Velvetiser. That was incredibly disappointing since my Velvetiser is only about 18 months old. It tastes terrible to try to stir it into a cup of milk. It has lumps and won't dissolve. Was a waste of my money.

Wish I knew the free gift needed a $169 accessory to make it how the drink is supposed to be made. Love the idea and concept, but with 3 kids its way to much for a fancy pot. Would love maybe a $50 non Nancy pot and this would be a game changer

Ordered this to try (and because it was a great deal). Didn’t realize that you have to have the Velvetiser that does cold beverages also. We only have the one that does hot chocolate and we love it. My question is - can we make it hot with what we have or can we make it cold a different way? Thanks!

The chocolate mint was not our favorite, which was surprising because it’s our favorite ice cream, etc. but for some reason, it just doesn’t taste very good, but love the caramel chocolate.
