Handling & Despatch

Chocolate is a temperature sensitive product, so we take careful steps to ensure it reaches you in tip top shape. One of these steps is making sure that it isn't sat in a hot truck over the weekend. To achieve this:

- Standard shipping orders placed before noon Monday - Wednesday (excluding holidays) will be despatched same working day. Orders received after noon Monday - Tuesday will be despatched next working day.

- Expedited shipping orders placed before noon Monday - Thursday (excluding holidays) will be despatched same working day. Orders received after noon Monday - Wednesday will be despatched next working day.

Orders placed after Noon Wednesday (Standard) or Noon Thursday (Expedited) will be despatched on the next working Monday.

We'll ship pre-orders in early December, in time for the Holidays.

What's so special about your cacao?

Most cocoa is farmed by smallholders who struggle to make a living and resort to mono-crop farming that stresses the planet.

At our farm in Saint Lucia, we developed planet positive farming techniques - we call it Gentle Farming - that increase yield and promote natural biodiversity.

We share this knowledge with over 2,500 partner farmers, as well as the resources they need to implement it - like free saplings, labor support and training. Coupled with the 5-20% premium to market rates we pay for their cacao, these techniques help them earn more from their work, which helps us spread more happiness through chocolate!

Can I gift this?

Absolutely! The collections make a wonderfully generous gift and you can also share the boxes in your collection as individual gifts.
