Awesome.
I only wish you would get it back in stock. This is perfect. For those of us who can't have sugar. You have no other products that are relevant. This one is terrific. It shouldn't be out of stock for months and months and months. Please can you make it again and put it on sale?
Yes I do drink my chocolate....every morning in my coffee. It's how I wake up. I wish the Chocolate Mint came with no sugar as well ......I love the flavor of pure dark chocolate (SOME OF THE FLAVORS) and no added sugars....besides who needs more sugar. My choice is 85-95-100. Thanks for making your product.. It is a lovely guilty pleasure. HB
I requested to return it a Week ago. You responded that you would review my request and let me know. Still no word except your email asking how I was enjoying it! Please let me know how to return and get a refund. They are still sitting in the box they arrived in. Unopened!! Help me out here guys!!

Excellent chocolate, albeit some OK yeti not-as-good flavors mixed in (100% dark and salted caramel are the best; recommend sticking to basics). Love the look of the appliance on the cabinet; easy to operate and to clean; only recommendation is hotter drink upon pouring. (Homemade hot chocolate is borderline to boiling.)
Just perfect taste for these cold Midwest days. Not a heavy taste but a delicious comforting taste. The cold ones however do expire quickly so wish shelf life was a bit longer
Because of an allergy to hazelnut, I found the black forrest chocolate best suited to my system, but apparently it is a seasonal flavor, so I am going to try the dark chocolate to see how that works for me. I’m down to my last packet of the black forrest and can’t wait for Christmas to come again to reorder if you, hopefully, offer that flavor again.

My daughter can’t have hot chocolate with added sugar (or any chocolate with added sugar). The Dark 100% Hot Chocolate is a good option for her; she feels like she can have a treat and she doesn’t have to deal with a reaction afterwards. She makes her hot chocolate with oat milk. She says she’s gotten used to the “no sugar” taste and reports that she prefers it now. We are grateful you carry this product. Thank you.
I've been wanting to cut back on sugar consumption, so I decided to try the 100% Dark Chocolate. The Velvetiser really makes it special. I do find that I miss some sweetness, so I usually either drink it when having a sweet snack, or (usually) I put some coffee creamer in it. It's my go-to flavor now. I'm so glad HC offers it!
It just turns out that I didn't love the dark chocolate as much as I thought I would. It was strange b/c it had a strange beer taste to me.

My wife loves the machine but the 100% dark chocolate was not to her liking. It was just too intense. She likes the classic 70% much better and drinks it every morning.

I wasn’t sure what to expect with the 100% chocolate— but I made it with regular milk and it was lovely! Not too bitter at all; very smooth, yet bracing, like black coffee with milk, but milder.
I've been trying a long time to find an unsweetened or diabetic-friendly drinking chocolate. This is good stuff! I think the only improvement would be to include some vanilla in the drinking chocolate.
For preparation of chocolate drinks, this device stirs and heats and packets of ingredients are available. Everything but the milk is provided. Use of induction heating is clearly adequate. While it is certainly feasible to prepare a chocolate drink with a conventional heat source and a stirrer, this system operates with minimal attention. What's not to like???
Discovered Hotel Chocolat while visiting my son in Ireland. My wife got me a Velvetiser for my birthday a few years ago and it has been great. Easy to use and great tasting hot chocolate.
I really love the velvetiser and the chocolates are great! Haven’t been able to buy them all because they have been sold out but I’ll keep trying!
It tastes like 100 chocolate. It’s a mellow kind of bitter chocolate. Strong. I need to add more sweetness to drink it.
The company didn’t send my entire order and I’m missing my $250 collection and now they won’t respond. Don’t order from them.
