Shipping Information
Standard shipping is free on orders over $60 and priority shipping options are available at checkout.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information, this will typically be within 1 business day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we aim to deliver within 3 days of despatch.
In summer months, we ship all chocolate packages with insulation & ice packs to ensure safe delivery. For some locations, this may mean a surcharge is necessary to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
It's important that your order is not left out in the heat, so we'll email you to let you know when it's out for delivery - please ensure that it is brought inside as soon as possible on delivery.

Press the one button and the Velvetiser will start to heat, melt & whisk automatically. It's powered from a kitchen outlet, no need to preheat the milk.

Inside the Velvetiser, the magic is happening. A carefully tuned 2.5 minute cycle heats, whisks and aerates, slowly bringing the temperature to a precise 155 degrees - perfect for sipping on immediately and highlighting the delicate flavors.
