Our Chocolate Mocha Latte blends 50% high-cacao milk chocolate and creamy white chocolate flakes with punchy arabica coffee, creating the perfect post-meal pick-me-up that’s both dessert and caffeine fix. Made with real chocolate flakes and less sugar, it’s crafted to pair perfectly with the Velvetiser® for velvet-smooth texture and rich chocolate crema, café quality, at home.

In summer months, we ship all chocolate packages with insulation & ice packs to ensure safe delivery. For some locations, this may mean a surcharge is necessary to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

It's important that your order is not left out in the heat, so we'll email you to let you know when it's out for delivery - please ensure that it is brought inside as soon as possible on delivery.

I have tried to return this a not one is replying to my required email request to do so. We took a chance to see and would have 1000% kept it if we loved it but it was just not rich, creamy and fabulous as claimed. We wanted it to be, believe me. We love a sweet chocolate treat but it was thin, lukewarm, and faintly sweet for each of the multiple favors we tested. Such a disappointment.

It's a better latte than store bought! Chocolate is a bonus. I gave away my 'old' Velvetisser, after I bought the new version. Maybe it's the new version that works so well with creating the smooth, rich latte. IDK! Not cheap, although for the quality, it's a bargain.

The Velvetiser makes one 8oz serving at a time. That might sound smaller than your latte order, but trust us - it's the perfect size.
Is the Velvetiser compatible with US power & outlets?

Yes!

Whilst we're a British company, we made these Velvetisers specifically for the US market. They're built to work with 110V power and are fitted with standard US outlets - no ugly converters required!
How many servings can the Velvetiser make?

The Velvetiser makes one 9oz serving at a time, so everyone can enjoy their favourite flavour.
Can I use other chocolate in the Velvetiser?

Our hot chocolate flakes are carefully crafted to work optimally with the Velvetiser. Using other chocolate may not work properly and risks damaging the Velvetiser - for this reason it would invalidate your warranty.
What else can I do with my Velvetiser?

Lots! It makes a perfect chocolate sauce to serve with ice cream, a creamy ganache to top a cake with. Use it for a matcha or for silky smooth milk for your latte.
