SAINT LUCIAN ISLAND GROWERS

We supply seedlings to a network of Saint Lucian Island Growers to be nurtured using our gentle farming practices from the very moment they’re sown in the island’s volcanic soil.

FLAVOR UNLOCKED

It takes seven days – no more, no less – to ferment our beans at our Rabot Estate farm. Blanketed in banana leaves, the wet cacao rests in optimal conditions to unlock its full flavour potential, before gently drying under the Saint Lucian sun for a further week.

NATURE AND NURTURE

Once fermented and dried, our beans head to our UK headquarters to be roasted, conched and crafted into flavorful chocolate.
