Peppermint White Choc-tail

Ingredients

8 oz milk of choice, divided

1 sachet Hotel Chocolat Peppermint White Hot Chocolate flakes

½ cup ice

For rimming and garnish:

2 Tbsp white chocolate chips

1 crushed candy cane

1 candy cane

Method

1.       With the whisk in place, pour 4 oz milk into the Velvetiser, followed by the Peppermint White Hot Chocolate flakes.

2.       Turn the Velvetiser to the hot setting and press the button to start.

3.       While the Velvetiser is running, prepare a glass.  Spread the crushed candy cane in a thin layer on a small plate. Set aside. Place the white chocolate chips in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20-second increments, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.  Place the melted white chocolate on a small plate.  Lightly dip the rim of a glass in the melted white chocolate, then dip the rim in the crushed candy cane pieces
to coat.

4.       Place the ice in the prepared glass.  Pour 4 oz of cold milk in the glass, followed by the hot Peppermint White Chocolate from the Velvetiser.

5.       Garnish with candy cane.  Enjoy!
