Orange Choc-tini - Hotel Chocolat

Orange Choc-tini

The holidays call for a little brightness: something that cuts through the richness of the season and feels made for toasting. The Orange Choc-tini is a festive twist on drinking chocolate, blending smooth cacao with the lively notes of mandarin and orange.

Served cold and finished with a sparkling citrus rim, this elegant sip feels right at home at a holiday gathering, a cozy evening in, or as a refreshing finale to a festive meal. Think chocolate, but with a seasonal twist—zestier, brighter, and ready to celebrate.

Ingredients

8 oz milk of choice

1 sachet Hotel Chocolat Mandarin & Orange Cold Drinking Chocolate

For rimming and garnish:

1 small fresh orange wedge

1 Tbsp sparkling sugar

1 orange slice (dried, candied, or fresh)

Method

1.       With the whisk in place, pour milk into the Velvetiser, followed by the Mandarin & Orange Cold Drinking Chocolate.

2.       Select the cold setting on the Velvetiser and press the button to start.

3.       While the Velvetiser is running, prepare a coupe glass or martini glass. Place the sparkling sugar on a small plate.  Set aside. Run the orange wedge around the rim of the glass to moisten. Then, dip the rim into the sparkling sugar to coat.
