Pour the milk into The Velvetiser, ensuring it covers the base of the whisk. Add the Mint Cold Chocolate sachet. Select the Cold cycle and allow the mixture to combine until smooth and chilled.
While the Velvetiser is running, place a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream into a blender.
Once the cycle is complete, pour the mint chocolate mixture into the blender. Blend briefly until thick, smooth, and lightly aerated.
Serve immediately in a chilled glass. Finish with whipped cream or a scattering of chocolate shavings, if desired.
