Ingredients

8 oz milk of choice

1 sachet Hotel Chocolat Classic Cold Drinking Chocolate

For rimming and garnish:

1 tsp marshmallow fluff

1 Tbsp sparkling sugar

1 Hotel Chocolat bite-sized chocolate, such as the Dizzy Praline

Method

1.      With the whisk in place, pour the milk into the Velvetiser, followed by the Classic Cold Drinking Chocolate.

2.       Select the cold setting on the Velvetiser and press the button to start.

3.       While the Velvetiser is running, prepare a glass by using a spatula to spread a thin layer of marshmallow fluff around the rim. 

4.       Place the sparkling sugar on a small plate. Then, dip the rim into the sparkling sugar to coat.

5.       Pour the cold chocolate into the glass. 

6.       Slide a chocolate candy onto a cocktail pick and set across the rim.  Enjoy!
