Chocolate Orange Margarita

Ingredients

8 oz milk of choice
1 sachet Mandarin & Orange Iced Drinking Chocolate
1 oz tequila blanco
½ oz orange liqueur
Ice

For garnish:
Orange twist
Orange sugar or fine sea salt

Method

Pour the milk into the Velvetiser and add the Mandarin & Orange Iced Drinking Chocolate.
Select the cold setting and allow the Velvetiser to complete its cycle.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila and orange liqueur.
Pour the chilled chocolate mixture into the shaker and shake until thoroughly chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice or serve straight up in a coupe glass.
Garnish with an orange twist and serve immediately.
