Ingredients

8 oz coconut milk
1 sachet Coconut White Drinking Chocolate
1 oz white rum
Ice

For garnish (optional):
Toasted coconut flakes
Coconut ribbon

Method

  1. With the whisk in place, pour the coconut milk into the Velvetiser, followed by the Coconut White Drinking Chocolate.
  2. Select the hot setting and allow the Velvetiser to run its cycle.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the white rum.
  4. Pour the chilled chocolate mixture into the shaker and shake briefly until well chilled.
  5. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, or dirty pour for a more casual serve.
  6. Finish with toasted coconut flakes and enjoy.
